Shipping policy

domestic shipping

we ship all our items including crystals, candles, oils and jewelry items by PRIORITY MAIL, via the United States Postal Service.

PRIORITY MAIL within the United States usually takes 2-3 business days and will include FREE tracking & insurance.


we only ship on Monday & Wednesday as we are in south, fl and don't want your candle sitting in USPS warehouses over the weekend for long periods of time due to the possibility of the wax melting.

if I am unable to process your order due to incomplete details (i.e. payment information, address, etc) your processing may be delayed.
please ensure all details are correct upon placing your order.


international shipping

we are only using UPS or DHL to ship packages internationally.
they are reliable and provide fast worldwide shipping.

depending on the destination, shipping overseas generally takes 6 -14 business days but can sometimes take up to 6 weeks or more, depending on where you live
please plan accordingly when ordering.
